Beyond Green Annual Report 2025

It’s that time of year again – time to share our annual report for last year and celebrate our achievements!

We recertified as a B Corp in 2025; the B Corp recertification process evolves over time to reflect the increasing expectations for ethical business – so we are very proud that our impact score increased from 101.7 in 2021 to 125.9 in 2024 – almost a 25% improvement from 2021.

2025 also saw the launch of our Net Zero Trailfinder service; you can read more about it in our Net Zero Trailfinder brochure as well.

Read through our annual report below – if you prefer, there is a pdf version below and we’re providing a text only version of the report in Google Doc. Please note that the alt text for images below will be big picture summaries, with the complete transcription to be found in the text only document.

Disability Confident - We report on our disability and mental health statistics every year by sharing some of the outcomes of our team surveys - our results for this year are broadly the same, which puts us at around 3 or higher out of 4 for team connection, feeling supported, having a reasonable workload, and feeling connected.
Goals for 2026 - we will continue engaging critically with the topic of AI, build on our existing accessibility and inclusion work, and develop our new reduction target for Net Zero.
